Joined "One Smart Star Russia" since its establishment in 2006. Before joining the company, Mr. Kulniev worked for 3 years, in “Rambler-Media (Mobile)” as Director of Research including Tactical and Strategic Development. Previously he served for 3 years, as Manager of Sales Department in an Advertising Agency “Krug - Gifts). Mr. Kulniev graduated the International Institute of Business and Law in Moscow. His diploma thesis was "Mobile Communication as a system and modes of Development in Russia".
